Demand Analysis

Design Plan

According to the demand analysis, the designer will make a preliminary design plan, including house type planning, material selection, internal layout, etc.

Confirmation of the Programme

the customer reviews the design programme and puts forward modifications until both parties are satisfied with the design programme.

Manufacturing

Each module of the prefabricated house is manufactured in the factory according to the confirmed design scheme, and this process is usually carried out in a controlled environment to ensure quality.

Quality Inspection

The prefabricated modules are inspected in the factory to ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards.

Transport

The prefabricated housing modules are transported to the building site.

On-site Installation

On the construction site, use cranes and other equipment to place the housing modules on the foundation, and connect and fix them.

Internal Decoration

Complete the internal decoration of the house, including installing water and electricity pipes and lines, decorating the walls and laying the floor.

Final Acceptance

After the house is completed, a final quality inspection is carried out to ensure that the house meets the design requirements and living standards.

After-sales Service

Provide necessary after-sales service, including maintenance and repair of the house.

What factors should be considered in customizing the prefab house?

1. The local weather condition. We need to know the wind speed, the snow loading (if it's snowing area), the Seismic rating.

2. The size of the land can be for this building.

3. The purpose of the building, like do you need it for labour accommodation, office, or steel frame workshop, etc.

Can I have a sample to test the quality?

We could show you the product details by photo or video. If you prefer have one sample to test the quality, that is OKAY, but the quotation will be higher and the shipping cost is not economical for just one sample. Normally our customers order one container of 20GP o 40 HP

What is your payment term?

Our payment term for standard products 30% deposit, the balance should be paid before delivery. For Customized products, will depend on the design.
